Refund in First 14 Days
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, and you notify SITE4FAST.com through this form within the first 14 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. It can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.

Please be sure to include your first and last name as well as your account e-mail when making the request.

Attention! We do not refound any charges for the services with free trial period available.

Refund Policy for Renewals
SITE4FAST.com will gladly stop monthly or yearly automatic billing on any SITE4FAST.com account or service provided.

If you sign up for a monthly service and request the service to be canceled, your account will no longer be rebilled starting with the date of your notification. Your service will still be active until the renewal date. After that, if free version of service is available, than your account will be downgraded to free version, if cervice do not support any free version, service will be deactivated and in 7 days your data will be deleted from tha system.

To cancel your account, simply use this form to send mail to us with your request to stop future billing to your account.

Please be sure to include your first and last name as well as your account e-mail when making the request.

SITE4FAST.com will promptly refund any charges made, if your request was placed before your rebill date and your account was still charged.

Attention! We do not refound any charges for renewals made through non-automated billing (if you are submitting payments by yourself).

No Transfer of Funds Between Accounts
SITE4FAST.com does not transfer funds from one account to another for any reason.

Contact and Billing Information
It is your responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on your account. SITE4FAST.com will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information (account e-mail) you have provided in your Control Panel.
